Father Figure provides mediation services, assisting where two parties are relatively civil to each other and want to reach an agreement. Sometimes parents need help to identify what needs to be agreed on to be able to co-parent successfully, which can start the journey towards an agreement. They also provide coaching and advocacy, workshops and programs, they also work with local authorities and schools.
